Several global surveys on the sector including the SONI (The State of the Not for Profit Industry) survey have highlighted that the effective use of technology will be the great enabler…to support the emerging global trends in this sector
- the emergence of new fundraising and communication channels – creates a demand for more integrated communication tools and database platforms
- donors wanting to see evidence that their money is being spent well and that NFPs are being run as efficiently as possible – well deployed technology solutions could be key to achieving organizational effectiveness
